The CIMT Maths Enhancement Programme

has free PDF-format chapters from exercise books, as well as extensive supporting Activities, Testing Materials and Teachers' Notes here:

http://www.cimt.org.uk

Primary:    (years 1-6)      Year 7 / P7:

Year 8 / S1:        Year 9 / S2:

GCSE / Standard Grade:

A-level

The MEP "books" / exercises are plain, and in black-and-white only, but could be used as stand-alone material, or as supplementary materials alongside a separate textbook (which is how we use them at Briteschool).

The above books can be downloaded and printed off for free, or ordered direct from CIMT.

This one's called GoMath

It has some excellent online worksheets, with answer keys, and some pages which work out your solutions for you:

http://www.gomath.com/

(one very annoying thing, though, is your data on the calculation pages disappears when you press enter to produce the solution :-( )
